Kent was hiding something when HE, and only HE, made the disclosure about the K share voting?

Nope. He fully disclosed that the company broke the law on that by saying the company voted it's own shares.

I am talking about how he told Vakser he would trade him new "L" shares for it, so Vakser supposedly gave him the "K" and Kent said screw you on the "L"s.

So we have to believe by his actions that Kent is both a liar and a lawbreaker. The ideal partner for Vakser.
