Thanks for the post. It's good to see justice prevail occasionally.

The sad thing is Rosen actually stated the cause of their investigation to be an article of the very same nature.

Since the first complaint basically regurgitated the Mako article, it seem obvious to me that was the entire source of their suit. Shameful!
