This could very well be the best time, possible bottom for oil, or it just might be another head fake, the springs are wound very tight and any rumor, any news, hope, or word from any official and boom this is jumping, the last couple were misinterpretation of a line in the news. But a bounce and a flop just the same. Be carful right now and look to others for info as I too am still learning about this "ETN" myself.
