It is true. Type in " Dominovas Energy NyTimes " into google. Click the link and on the bottom right of the screen it shows everything he has stated. What's strange is how Neal Allen sold shares at .90 a share for 300,000 dollars but the stock price never hit .90.. So that means he stole all of our money?
