This is about 5 years old. Amazing. Makes you wonder just how deep and wide this story has run and continues to run.

Word within the SEC is that they
are extremely confident of gaining convictions, both inside the company [that would be Loch Harris, in case that's unclear] and
against promoters, but it will take some time because it seems that
virtually every rule in the book has been broken! XXX told me his contact
said it's an extremely difficult and complex story and goes way beyond the
obvious; whatever that means!
