Rising...I was glad not to see the paint job at the end of the day. I think that is self defeating as we saw this morning when it went down on open. The low price is a buying opportunity IMO.

The volume is really low and has been for a few days.

Some are speculating the company is keeping the pps low due to the obvious MM manipulation and in order to facilitate a buyback.

IMO it was one person who wanted to sell their position or part of their position. A lot of ppl were waiting for the merger to be closed and expected the pps would bounce off of the news. When it didn't they may have sold. If it would have been many large sales I would say it was several people but it appears to be a lot of low volume and then one big sale.

I have said this a few times here....the real investment begins when the financials are released. I believe this company is intent on growing fast through acquisition. A lot of debt is being eliminated for both companies and with the resignation of all officers except Lee the Admin expense should be a fraction of what it is currently. Their were no packages given or severance. All officers of UMS were given shares. That only happens when someone expects the pps to move upward. Why give up your salary for shares? No brainer IMO.

When you think that revenues in 2014 were 17mil...the cumulative loss through june 2015 is a non-issue and can be covered easily with two good quarters. I believe we will see that this year.

What were your thoughts?

If anyone says they have an investment philosophy, remind them that a monkey picked a winning portfolio over a fund manager...then fling your poop at them.
