BALTIA AIR LINES (BLTA)

From Final Approach To Holding Pattern

The Story of Corruption, Misconduct and the Intentional Grounding of a Promising Airline by the FAA

IPI has concluded three month long examination into corruption, unethical practices, improper conduct, a disregard of flight safety standards, and the intentional seven month delay in air carrier certification by Federal Aviation Administration, Chicago Flight Standards District Office (FSDO) with regard to Baltia Air Lines (BLTA) a publicly traded company based at Willow Run Airport in Ypsilanti, Michigan. All documentation including but not limited to Emergency Evacuation Demonstration Reports, Aircraft Maintenance Records, Aircraft Worthiness Reports, FAA Certification Documentation, Official Communication from the FAA and email supporting the points listed below will be released upon request to any accredited media outlet.

Information Available for Release Includes:

* Failure of the Chicago Flight Standards District Regional Office to locate 129 pounds of depleted uranium, a poisonous heavy metal like lead or mercury that is slightly radioactive near Flint, Michigan.

* Documented Misconduct by FAA Inspectors with regard to Aircraft Worthiness Inspections; a failure to properly certify Baltia's Boeing 747-200 for flight, prior to it's flight demonstration at the 2014 Thunder Over Michigan Airshow held in Ypsilanti, placing public safety at risk.

* Pay To Play Misconduct by the Chicago Flight Standards Regional Office, insinuation that a $100,000 Sponsorship of the 2014 Thunder Over Michigan Airshow would assure Air Carrier Certification.

* The Intentional Failure of Baltia's Emergency Evacuation Demonstration by the Chicago Flight Standards Regional Office chief inspector (against the recommendations of 30 FAA Safety Inspectors and despite an error by a FAA Inspector, who was in charge of the Emergency Evacuation Sequence) on December 16, 2014.

* Documented Misconduct by the Chicago Flight Standards Regional Office Chief Inspector with regard to the timely submission of critical documents, a delay of seven months that has resulted in the loss of hundreds of millions of dollars for Baltia Investors.

* Documented Misconduct by a FAA Inspector, who "Billed" Baltia thousands of dollars as a "Consultant" while directly working under the supervision of the Eastern Michigan Flight Standards District Office.

* FAA knowledge of the use of substandard parts, straps, retaining bars by certified slide manufacturers, repair facilities and packing facilities resulting in death to passengers during emergency slide deployment.

Article and Supporting Documentation available to inquiring agencies for use or further investigation.

Personally, I am not in the loop on this. So do not know much more of this than you do. However, I do know the author has gone above and beyond any other shareholder and has actually become a registered Whistle Blower. He has compiled 20,000 pages of documents. Names, dates, canceled checks, signatures, contracts. He has written a lengthy expose that has been submitted to the press. He has also reached out and worked with some political luminaries and government officials.
