There's no gap to fill for a stock promoted by APS.

It isn't being promoted by APS. APS is long dead and gone, many of its members criminally charged. CLOW is being promoted by Finest/Elite penny stocks. They began imitating APS quite awhile ago.

Now they're also imitating StockTips.

Rather obviously, it isn't getting them much of anywhere.
