NO - that is incorrect.

The brokers and third parties who SOLD counterfeits have received shares to cover their positions - with the end result being that the counterfeits will be removed from the float.

It may sound similar - but the dynamics are completely different.

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
