CDII oh stop. Every company who has good news and files an SEC that has a material implication to their share price (up) pays ad agencies, consultants and promoters to get the word out. If you don't want a piece of this action over the next couple of months suggest you leave. The SEC notice is legit. No question about that. CDII is on verge of turning an important corner. Believe it or not it happens. Not betting the farm but certainly going to holding for a while.
