Is it just me or does it finally sound like you might be getting a little disappointed with this crap????

Well, you finally joined the club!!!!

Summary judgement denied , next date 3/10 . Will dig into docs to see detail. Probably going to trial unless they settle. Big dissappointment!

I also am disappointed in no update from the judge and am done speculating. Everything I have expected from reasonable people has fallen short of reality other than they are working out a deal and it is taking longer to get agreement.

Call me naive but there is no way this case is going to trial. This is taking too long to make that simple ruling.

Well Friday has come and gone and no word. I have nothing else. So disappointing.
