The status of the 4 DRC projects is all the same as shows below:

Status: Arranging financing for project launch in early 2016.
Estimated Financial Close: 0-2 years

These Projects are of a new Technology that we recently added in our Tracking Tool ( Fuel Cell). The reason why there is nothing on the graph is that we have not included Fuel Cell as a technology on the app. This will be updated in the next version soon.
