I could be wrong but my guess would be for long term, sticking around till the company fully establishes itself. Meaning its price only fluctuates purely by financials at that point so like any nasdaq stock. Short term would be flipping at whatever price you feel you're willing to live with... could be a month or 2... But again I'm just guessing.
