'Flettster'? Welcome to the Pinksheets!

Lose Some, Win None!

This following is what ALWAYS happens next!

(1)
The RS will execute
( @ 1/100 according to the recent P/R )

(2)
In an ideal R/S, the Post R/S will move .0002/Share to .02/Share which keeps your market values the same when multiplied accordingly.

(3)
But the PPS will likely be much lower and you'll come out of the R/S in the RED. (as typical)

(4)
Pumpers rush in to minimize their selling competitions (to maximize their selling price, -wink-wink!) by conning you to hold your shares for brighter days.

(5)
Company Dilutions and disgruntled shareholders selling will drive the Post PPS even lower and sending you deeper into the RED.
(while the company releases P/R Pumps)

(6)
The PPS returns to pre-R/S values, which makes the R/S useless for Shareholders while making extra(free) cash for the Insiders.

Summary?
All the R/S typically does on Pinksheets Stocks, is displaces the decimal point high above the floor, (making room), to dilute back down to it and zeroing out positions in the process!

Then no further activity for months/years again.

In understanding the Risks!, I don’t mind losing in stocks that died TRYING, but I DO mind losing in stocks that died LYING!
