Hello James. If you've read the board today, the folks that have been
supporting you and the stock have a very important question to ask. It
seems that one of our posters has taken the time to contact the office where
we were supposed to have filed for approval of our reverse split. He's been
informed that they "have no record of it ever being filed" !!!! Since next
week will be "six weeks" from our filing date, don't you think it's taking a
lot longer than it should ??? Another poster, also a backer of Imperia,
wonders why, and I tend to agree, the forward split of MLMD was accomplished
in a flash, and the reverse split of Imperia drags on and on ??? What could
possibly be holding this thing up this long??? We want to believe it when we
read that Ken checks every day on this thing. However, I really believe you
and Ken should discuss this thing and make a public release as to just where
"everything stands" regarding this company. We know of all the "past
announcements" you people have made. What we would like to know is, has
anything positive materialized from any those positives you've been working
on??? Days go by, and weeks go by, and not only does this announced split
never seem to happen, but "nothing" is said. For a company that was popping
out one positive press release on top of the other, "why are we now so
silent"??? We would all appreciate a straight answer to these questions.
Taking your anger out on the remaining shareholders, who've stayed the
