NWPN HUGE $5,000,000 Deal is SIGNED >> The company has signed an Equity Purchase Agreement and it is with Red River Ventures, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. As part of the terms, The NOW Corporation can receive up to $5,000,000 dependant on market conditions. As funds are received NOW intends to proceed to develop its first Colorado-based hydroponic facility.

The capital raise is subject to the company filing an S-1 Registration Statement with the Security and Exchange Commission, which is expected to occur within the next 75 days. On commencement of the planned capital raise NOW’s management team expects to move forward with development of its first hydroponic facility in the first half of 2016.
