The Level III suit is criminal. That is why Gwyn was arrested. Yet it has nothing to do with Treaty.
The SEC case is CIVIL. And yes, Gwyn is one of the Fab 89 ... There will be no criminal phase. There will be no one going to jail.
Only a judgement handed down " IF " they fnd the FAB 89 civilly responsible.
Sorry, but those are the facts and what I said.
