If there is no evidence anywhere...then how is it that it ever has to be covered?

And I might point out there has never EVER been a case of a huge HIDDEN naked short position suddenly being uncovered on an OTC stock.

And there is a very simple reason for that...such a "naked" position cannot be hidden.

So whether you wait a week, a month, a year or a decade...that huge NSS you believe exists is never going to show up.
