This is what market makers are doing. They put out this fluffer news and drop it just enough for their buddies to buy in and jack the price just a bit by Monday Tuesday so their friends can make a decent profit but not jack it high enough for us to make what we are intended to make if it goes up the way we suspect it will come late November and early 2017 but since I said this it won't go till 2018 lol
