Hi everyone, spun through the Avid premises today and they look busy. The Avid/Peregrine campus is packed with employee cars, not one spot open, front or back. Several employees walking back and forth from Avid 1 to A2. Myford is looking nice on the outside, really gussying up the place. Added wood to the face of the bldg. and glass to the corner section on the "open for lease" side of the bldg.. They are completely redoing the landscaping out front and in the side parking lot. This building is perfect for PPHM, get out of the pink tilt up already! If they were to lease the other side they would have no situation with the parking, huge lot. I still think something is up with it in regards to PPHM, just my opinion though (A3?). Things seem to be humming right along, as far as I can see.

I always laugh when I'm driving around the facilities and I think of the tools here that say BK is not far off. That couldn't be further from the truth. All I see is a growing company that is building something big. This isn't a shell game! Lots of people employed and seem to be doing something or other.

A lot, I mean, a lot of empty tilt ups in the neighborhood, for lease signs abound! But PPHM actually is building out A2 and possibly A3. I'm telling you, I leave there with an air of confidence.

Yeah, yeah, it's my opinion, I am long, I have been buying shares. I'm not pumping anything up, just reporting what I see. Have a good day!
