Okay, apparently my last post was considered a personal attack and was removed....wasn't intended as an attack. So let me rephrase to clarify the record. The trigger to convert the preferred shares (1:29) only occurs at that price if there is a change in control of the company. There is no change of control, so the share price can drop to below 30 cents and still no conversion will take place. There, i hope i was clear this time.
