By no means am I comparing TALK to Amazon, but Amazon lost over $3B dollars between 97 - 01. Many companies lose money on the front end of building out their business footprint. TALK is clearly not trying to re-invent the wireless model as Amazon did to Retail, but the losses aren't a death knell providing the business is growing and progress is being made.

My concern here is not the debt, the losses or any of the other changes, and Revenue does seem to growing. The concern is the share structure. Once that is clearly defined thru filings, then we will know who has been on the right side of the argument. Until then all this other stuff is just window dressing.

If the A/S is 11B+ then this is worth about 1/4 of a penny. If the structure is more like the 1B - then a little over a penny w/o seeing the growth aspects from 2015 and no multiples of revenue. Only way to evaluate this is on Business model and revenue growth - AKA Amazon - THERE IS NO MULITPLES EVALUATION ON AMAZON TO THIS DAY unless you consider a multiple of 401 times earnings rational.

Also, I understand this is a penny and the likelihood of these things panning out as everyone hopes is very slim. Who knows - TALK could be the one. That is the Top Gun reference of Kelly McGillis to Tom Cruise for those who are a tad older than the millennials on this board.
