BUT SEWC is different because it filed to "Go Dark" when the old "audits" blew up after I contacted the SEC about severe audit errors years ago.

Going Dark is what most Micheal Moore clients did, although a very few did complete re-audits as I recall. With SEWC a re-audit is probably impossible for several reasons.

Now you're learning about Clean shells and Filthy ones and why a real business wouldn't touch this shell. Real investors and lenders wouldn't touch it either.
