i lost a lot of money with this thing.
i think, i am the onlt one or one of few investors, who has Lehman at all.
i was thinking, The company needs the common as well for the NOL...it was my last chance to see all my money back.
HOW CAN THEY GET NOLS WITHOUT COMMON AND PREFERRED ??

i have about 7 numbers pre-BK and 7 numbers after, all of LEHM-LEHMQ
hope you are right, but i always think about a diluition of shares to equity.
i am sorry, i have soo much things in my brean. i dont know how i feel better. Hope who has still shares from pre-BK, gets money back.
It s really bad what they did, politician,the superman Mr-Fuld..and so on.
