He may give up on ERHC after drilling in Kenya, but I don't believe there is any chance he has given up yet. I still think he is orchestrating something but I have no real idea what. And I am not naïve enough to believe we are included in his plans. What is good for him certainly may not be good for us. I honestly don't see how anyone can still believe he would protect our interest over his own or that our interests are aligned. No good businessman does that and our interests aren't aligned.
