But acquire who is the question? Is Life Marketing just wanting to go public? If the outstanding is maxed, they may have to do a small reverse split later 1 - 5, 1 - 7 and it's common in reverse mergers, were not talking a wipe everyone out r/s of course, that would defeat the purpose of going public in my opinion. They could increase A/S and do a share buyback to increase pps if they have enough capital. We don't know until they tell us though right, I am just hoping for some news for now. $SEWC
