Wall I have tried to follow you guys on this board for years until I finally learned how to get on! I truly think that the Bearpot endeavor was an honest attempt to generate some way bringing in revenue! But it was more involved than stbv was ready to get tied up in! In the marijuana industry there are a lot of regulations and restrictions! But I do know that the capital raises are going to stbv's main business plan of fractional vacation resort Developement! It's a case where they have to use The Reg A opportunity to get where they need to be! Again I have probably lost more shares than anybody on this board but I am banking on the Caba Developement taking me from buying stbv as a penny stock to pps in the dollar amount!
