While DP is not an advisor it is becoming more and more obvious their is a conflict of interest same as Nahass . Remember we had a deal with our CFO and his company to produce cbd's. Now the company is practically defunct and he is working for TRTC. I thought these were at arms length transactions just like Blum but starting to have a very different opinion. They stated they had outside counsel for Blum but seriously wondering if that is even so. Probably just another enrichment scheme. Would like to know who the independents were?

PS With this cast of charactors their is NO chance Nasdaq ever happens.
