Exposure, yes! But when it comes to markets...

We aren't talking about one thing here:

Who is in the market?

I'm not going to put all the cards on the table but Abengoa is a company I've mentioned before... ADR's under $ABGB are down from a high of $29 a share to under $1

Here's the deal... ABGB had "buyers" at $20-$29 per share and trade 10k to 50k shares on an average day..

With this [former] level of liquidity and interest -- Roughly $300k to $600k traded daily -- One might feel safe jumping in for the long haul: After all Abengoa just switched on Phase 1 of the Noor 1 plant in Morocco last week

Today with ABGB under $1 per share why wouldn't any of the big boys who were holding/trading $50k or $100k+ in Abengoa shares [Remember $300k to $600k traded daily] step in in a big way and average down their losses?

Traders have to dump to get their tax write off before they get back in... But come on now we aren't scared of gains? Why wouldn't it seem logical for someone to step in... In a big way, and load load load?

After all... $100k in shares today would have been $2m+ given prior valuation we saw in the $20 range

Hell - even the $5 range would be tidy profit over the sub $1 ABGB is at today

The same can be said about any stock - HYSR included... Why oh why wouldn't someone load up like no tomorrow at $0.013 when we rallied to $0.13 not so long ago?

Why is no one taking advantage of these "buying opportunities"?

Why? Well let me tell you my theory why...

Why? Let's say it again =)

Why? . . .

Because no one's there! The lights are on... The ticker is ticking.. But no one is home!

Wall St can run up or run down securities as they please because no one is home - No one is here... Everyone has a 401k but nobody has even but a fragment of market intelligence... And therefore, they aren't here

Proof? We can all search our memory and see what fits the trend of the outline I've presented:

A company that was trading $300k per day now trading under $30k.

We can continue the conversation -- And those who think I am wrong are entitled to their opinion -- Maybe they think ABGB is junk! Hehe... One mans trash is another mans treasure!

My belief is that there is a minuscule, tiny, tiny group of non-institutional investors in the market today.

With the national savings rate between 0% and 1% for nearly a decade now... Who's surprised?

With major markets -15% this year, HYSR should be down at least 0.003 - 0.007 which looks like exactly where it's at.

In this era of computer automated trading, SP of many companies is under attack.

Why would HYSR pull down, pull back? Testing the market

Who's really here? Hello McFly?? Is anybody home?? The ticker is ticking
