This should settle around .01 when the first conversions happen. We will be giving redwood a boatload of shares at that level. Things are not looking good. I personally think the hangup with the JV is Hartman is asking for cash up front to pay off redwood and it's not happening. Why would a company take on the risk of doing all the legwork AND give biei cash up front ????
