Your numbers appear logical for the pain creams. However, you should include profits or losses from the other SCRC divisions such as the Diabetic supply group, Dispence Doctors, PIMD wholesale/retail group and other possible ventures.

If SCRC had any profits from any other business segments, I would have included them. But they don't. So I didn't.

SCRC themselves disclosed quite clearly in the freshly minted 10K that their business is essentially Main Ave.

They admitted that RapiMed is dead.

They admitted that WholesaleRx is dead.

They acknlowedged that their partnership with Jungle Jim's and United Apothecary, which was an effort to expand into new states, failed and is dead.

They disclosed that as of as of the very recent JAN-2016 filing date, that DispenseDoc has generated virtually nothing.

Ditto for their Pharmacy Administration product.

PIMD was disclosed as being a continual money-loser, so I am being kind in leaving this out of my projection. But it is immaterial anyways (loss of approx $20k).

From my recollection, the diabetic supply program is part of PIMD, so see point above re: PIMD. I don't have time to look it up to verify again, but if my memory is faulty on this and it is NOT part of PIMD, then I would say this: SCRC is speaking volumes about the diabetic supply business by virtue of speaking nothing about it at all and not even mentioning it as a business segment in the 10K.

As to "possible" ventures, why in the world would I include that in a projection??? As I've stated previously, I don't deal in hopium. But if one must insist, here it is: It is "possible" that SCRC will discover the cure for cancer this year and so SCRC will earn 500 million gajillion dollars and will become more valuable than Alphabet, Apple, Amazon, Walmart, and ExxonMobil combined.
