Hi OW & SP---Your post is well taken OW. On the last toxic, of which I am aware,that changed the O/S exactly
250,000,000 was done between the beginning of 2016 and Jan 6,2016. Probably for tax purposes so as to postpone paying taxes into 2016 or 2017 as the situation may warrant. I might be mistaken by ass/u/ming that all previous toxics did NOT necessarily Sell ALL of their shares and might be waiting for a more opportune moment to Sell their shares. I guess we all know what happens when one might ass/u/me something. So along this point I wonder if there is someone on board that can verify if all previous toxics have sold their shares. I am assuming they have NOT. I have not kept any records on that. As far as this Oceana COURT SETTLEMENT coming up---this may have a little different twist as it is not a toxic deal. A lot depends on how the company is fixed financially IMO. They could become investors and/or if they immediately want to sell , then there are those shares in there on the Bid side but then what--- the MM's could step in there , probably in after market trades and pay them .00096-.000099. TWT. I think it will be very interesting how they take care of these shares from the Court Settlement. Oceana should be getting them in increments of 250,000,000 shares. The way I understand it--- they have to rid themselves of the 250,000,000 shares before they get another 250,000,000 shares. I stand to be corrected in the event someone else or yourselves know otherwise. Take care now both of you and OW I trust your weather is not as bad as it is in some parts of the USA.
