Desperately in need of a shareholder update

The 10Q is due on March 16, 2016 but it would he helpful to get an update on the company's plans for 2016 before then. Are there plans to acquire more patents?

I believe there are 7 lawsuits pending at the moment. What's the deal there?

Need to put an end to all the speculation.
