Megas looks to be in it to win it.

If multiple producing wells with reserves are had thats good, but if the agreement is based on oil prices from last month thats better. Most likly the price was locked in at time of loi. We'll have $80 oil next week. Merge/buy an independent that's cash flowing with reserves thats good too. Very good timing. No problem getting funding what so ever right now.
