1/3 of the 900M? Or 1/3 of the 319M (minus the 28M last reported the officers held)? I think a few posters, Like XzX, have toyed with some possibilities. Myself, I really don't know how they will go about it, or whether they will use the other 600M in question to settle some old debts. I just don't know. But it is going run some 'shocking' current through the jocks of those unaware! See what I did there? :)
