We've also confirmed that the funding (cough**choke**snicker) actually IS coming from the guy who advertised his "fund" on JLAForums and craigslist...


The ONLY way this gets funnier is if he actually delivers that $5 million to make the $3.75 million asset purchase....


...but if he does that, why are they "entertaining" other term sheets? Sure seems $1.25 million ought to be enough to get a company moving.
