What - more toxic financing from Lorne Kalisky - President at Vican Trading.

"Mr. Lorne Kalisky served as the President of Vican Resources, Inc (Also known as Tremont Fair Inc.) since May 31, 2011. Mr. Kalisky served as Chief Executive Officer of Tremont Fair Inc. since May 31, 2011. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Vican Resources Ltd. since May 31, 2011. Mr. Kalisky founded Vican Trading, Inc. in November, 2004 and has been its President since its inception."

The Vican companies seem to be a pretty nefarious bunch - check out the history of VCAN.

I wouldn't count on the $500k without a steep penalty for shareholders.
