CooperVision breached agreement, they didn't want to lose EPGL and it's tech, they didn't want to go to court on 4.3 Billion dollar lawsuit threat.

CooperVision wanted the technology 9 months earlier then planned and therefore it was a breach of agreement

This Settlement was a huge win for EPGL!!!! They got paid cash sum and also got IP, use of facilities to develop tech, and most R&D payed for over last 2 years!

CooperVision was forced to settle out of court by paying EPGL to retain any rights at all and they where forced to relinquish title and ownership because of their breach!!

Who keeps saying CooperVision wanted to lose ownership??? WTF!!CooperVision didn't want to lose ownership at all! It was either reach a settlement or go to court, they chose a settlement! Now these are the facts and EPGL's PR's prove it!

EPGL goes from being CooperVision slave to now owning it outright while they pay and then can use in their products.
