I concur. But, Leo needed to respond to developments. It's been a tactic of his lately. Unfortunately, I think the market also anticipates and discounts.

I think there will be some real newsworthy PR in CTIX's not too distant future. Something to fire up the market. Today's PR lit a fire but did not warm the market much.
