They are not doing this to help us, they want the max number of shares they can get. More shares = more chances for R/S and heavy dilution.

They will do this deal at .10 for approx 200Million shares
They let it go up say to .20 it's only 100million shares.

Not to mention the whole deal is going to calculated on FUTURE performance of Blum, so it will be even more shares. Yet, it will be sold for stock at going market price. How is that good for shareholders??
