My definition: ELTP tanked from 42 cents to 32 cents. It dumped to current levels. Under both definitions it is not meeting that test of bullshit spewed out day in and day out which is sad considering earnings not meeting expenditures yet speculation having it that Elite and its CEO somehow being blessed by the Almighty.
