I see the reasoning and it seems sound.
The other extreme would be to wait for Prurisol and partner/sell if the results are good/ great. Would it be unreasonable to expect to generate $10 million with 0 dilution from a Prurisol deal?
Maybe somewhere in the middle of the two extremes would be the best course of action?

There is also that Brilacidin interim result that could be a positive catalyst (reduce dilution)if the bulk of the funds are not needed/spent at trial initiation.

It will be interesting to watch. Pulling off a reverse split to get to the vaunted Nasdaq doesn't appear to be a magic bullet for the Alzheimers company, just yet anyway. I am OK with that priority taking second fiddle to trial progression for now.
