Yep, I can read between the lines here:

New company direction coming, new board members to WSGP, Mr. Ormsby is one, can't think of the name of the other at this time. Atmosphere Global is in the process of putting their footprint in the U.S. market. We have management of Atmosphere Global that has a hands on approach to their business, out in the field setting up equipment, testing product with potential customers. Ms. Anderson seen something here with major potential or this deal would not have initiated in the first place. JMHO
