One of my twitching neurons keeps remembering some sort of lawsuit by the original owners. Where they were promised revenue, which never appeared. Then again it might be from another oil scam. Hard to keep these scams separate from each other.
At least there's the comedy where BAYP paid $6 or was it $1 for the WV interest? No wonder it seems like all of BAYP's past acquisitions have been for FREE! Guess accurately divulging one paid $6 for all these WV wells, in the middle of a P&D, would require a lot of fancy footwork to explain for even an oil scam.
