First, any advertising to sell a product in no way is indicative of its efficacy.

Second, despite what that advertisement purports, that is not Snorenz. It is a formulation called Snoreez created by a company named PFL (Passion For Life)in the UK. PFL owns and controls the rights to the Snoreez and Snorenz trademark in the UK. It was based off of and even originally was Snorenz, but they created their own after a breakdown in the relationship with the original MedGen in 1999-2000.

If Medgen attempted to sell into any area that Snoreez is already available they would either face insurmountable competition or be shot down as they legally don't own the right to Snorenz in the UK.
