Yeah but Surf the Security Exchange Commision allows for small cap and start up companies to have these offerings to raise capital! Yeah I know it ends up being massive diluting of shares in the market and many penny stock companies are scams I am telling you what I know STBV is not one of them! And there will continue to be a few more offering using Reg A rule! But they are almost there when offerings are no longer necessary! I understand how many feel about massive reverse splits because we lose our position but one thing is for sure! It can put a companies share structure back in a strong position with a low float like stbv now has! I lost probably more shares than anybody on this board over the years!
