Their 800 number works fine with the ability to leave a message. I think there's a problem with their main enterprise system network according to AT&T "message 6" that's indicated at the end of the alert message, that's why the 800 number works and the landline doesn't, because they're routed by different networks.

Here's the explanation of message 6:

"Your call cannot be completed at this time, please try again later.

CAUSE:
Message 6 is generally heard when the wireless and/or landline switching networks are experiencing high traffic volumes in specific areas because of switch congestion or technical difficulties.
FIX:
Please contact Customer Care if message 6 continues after several attempts to re-dial the number."

Let's give it the evening to see if it works itself out and check back tomorrow.
