I still don't get that part, serious of what information was given to you.

As long as she didn't unblind the study then it's nothing that serious. If you said the last patient was female and she was taking placebo/active arm then we have a problem. She can guess and say some people are feeling better etc. Again, no one knows the arm patient is randomized to. There have been many studies show high placebo response, but good thing here, that doesn't matter since they are doing bio efficacy and not subjective measures. If the trial was compromised then they can't use the data.
