I've been long on Baltia since I think the Wright Bros were building the Flyer. Really, first buy was at $0.10. Only sold once at 7 cents to port from my open acct to my Roth. Have average down a number of times. No one wants this thing to go more than I. But, please help me, what are the points that indicate we are on the verge. What info do we have to 'guarantee' phase III pass and certification? Love to think its more than just hype which doesn't serve us anything. But some will say to this note, 'believe it or not, up to you'.
