SEWC is a filthy shell that no one's going to put real assets in.

If you read my sticky about the final audit you'll understand the mess SEWC was. They used high school kids to audit the books. The CPA firm has been banned.

Does ANYONE know how many shares are outstanding? I doubt it. Do liabilities lurk from many years ago? Perhaps.
